Programs

At Korean Martial Arts we strive to help every student archive their goals. So we have several classes to suit every student.

Little Ninjas
The nationally-acclaimed age-specific “Little Ninjas” class, is specifically designed for 4-6 year-olds. This class will enhance your young child’s skills by teaching eight main life skills:  Focus, Teamwork, Balance, Coordination, Memory, Discipline, Self-Control, & Fitness. We also teach important life skills, and in a fun, exciting and enriching manner. Little Ninjas is a 30-minute class.

Children
Our Children's class is suited for kids 7 to 13 years of age. The activities are designed to give them confidence in themselves as the build on their Hap Ki Do skills. They practice with children of their age group, to make the learning experience enjoyable.

Adults
The Adult class is geared to persons from 13 years of age and up. As such, it is more physically and mentally demanding. To challenge you to do your best. Adults are generally surprised as to how quick their abilities grow, as they work hard and persevere. They are able to do things they never thought possible.

Instructors
All Red Belts and Black Belts are strongly encouraged to attend the Instructor Classes. The instructors class teaches advanced Hap Ki Do techniques. In this class you will also learn how to instruct others. Patience, understanding, and how to instruct techniques are all lessons learned.

Moo Yea
This ancient traditional martial art, which is the grandfather of all “modern” Korean martial arts, such as Hap Ki Do, Tae Kwon Do, and Hwa Rang Do, and Kuk Sool Won. Moo Yea is separate from the Hap Ki Do program at KMA – even the uniform is different. Moo Yea training includes sword, spear, wahl-doh (halfmoon sword), archery techniques, weapon forms, and more – all focusing on precision and accuracy. KMA is a member of Ee Sheep Sah (24) Bahn Moo Yea K’young Dahng Association – KMA is the Association’s first U.S.A. affiliate school.
