Hee Kwan Lee's Korean Martial Arts, is proud to announce the twenty seventh annual Black Belt testing that was held on Saturday September 22, 2007.

Grand Master Lee and all of the instructors are very proud of the Black belts for their dedication to the school and the art of Hap Ki Do. Black belts are not given out, they are earned. All of these students have trained well over three years, with many training over several years to reach the level of first degree.
